What we don't guarantee
- A job offer — hiring decisions are always made by employers
- Selection by a specific company, role or salary
- Opportunities while your profile is unverified
- Opportunities while access is paused under the Interview Participation Policy
- Return of credits for interviews you confirmed and missed without notice
- A specific timeline — matching depends on open roles that fit your profile
Eligibility and your responsibilities
- Complete your profile accurately and get it verified
- Respond to offered opportunities within the response window (48 hours)
- Attend interviews you confirm, or withdraw at least 24 hours before
- Prepare using the role details and preparation checklist
- Communicate professionally with employers and our team
- Keep your preferences (roles, locations) up to date
Credits, refunds and exceptions
Credits
A credit is used when you confirm an interview. It's returned if you decline, the offer expires, the employer or our team cancels, or you withdraw 24+ hours ahead.
Refunds
A full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't confirmed any interview opportunity on the plan. Failed or duplicate payments are always refunded in full.
Placement Journey limits
Opportunities can be temporarily restricted after repeated no-shows, inaccurate information or other violations of the program terms — after a warning.

Why call it a guarantee if a job isn't guaranteed?
Because the access is guaranteed and written down: the number of interview opportunities on your plan, or continued opportunities on Placement Journey while you're eligible. No honest company can guarantee an employer's hiring decision, and we don't pretend to.
What happens if I don't receive my interview opportunities?
If we can't offer you any interview opportunity during your plan's validity while you remained eligible, contact us. We review every case and may offer a refund, an extension or an alternative, as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I get a refund after attending interviews?
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase when no interview opportunity has been confirmed on your plan. Once you've confirmed an interview, the plan has been used as intended and isn't refundable.
