Is this only for freshers?
No. PlacementGuarantee is built for college students in their final years, freshers, recent graduates, career switchers and working professionals. You tell us your experience and target roles during onboarding, and opportunities are matched to that profile.
What if I don't have any work experience?
That's exactly who the system is designed around. The focus is on presenting the skills, projects and education you already have so they match what employers screen for — and on preparing you properly for each interview you get.
Do I need technical skills?
It depends on the role you're targeting. Technical roles need the relevant skills; many business, sales, support and operations roles don't. Your preferred roles and verified skills decide which opportunities you're matched with.
What happens after I pay?
1) Pay by UPI and submit the 12-digit UTR. 2) Our team confirms the payment — usually within a few working hours — and your plan activates. 3) Complete your profile and upload your resume (about 10 minutes). 4) We verify your profile, usually within 1–2 working days. 5) Matching interview opportunities appear on your dashboard and by email.
How quickly will I see results?
It depends on your profile, the roles you're targeting, how many relevant openings employers have, and how consistently you confirm, prepare for and attend interviews. We don't promise a timeline we can't control — your dashboard shows exactly where you are at every stage.
Is placement guaranteed?
No company can honestly guarantee that an employer will hire you, and we don't. What we commit to is access: eligible candidates on a paid plan receive interview opportunities according to their plan, and Placement Journey members continue receiving opportunities until they are placed, as long as they remain eligible under the program terms. The final hiring decision is always made by the employer.
How does the placement process work?
You build and verify your profile, our operations team matches you to roles from employers who are actively interviewing, you confirm the ones you'll attend, prepare with the role details and checklist, and join through your dashboard. After each interview the outcome — and feedback where available — feeds into your next opportunity.
