Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PlacementGuarantee website, candidate dashboard and services (the "Platform"), operated by Anuruddh Pratap Singh, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Interview Participation Policy and, for paid plans, the Candidate Agreement.

The Platform provides career guidance, learning and preparation resources, and — on eligible paid plans — access to interview opportunities with employers.

An interview opportunity is a chance to be interviewed by an employer for a role. It is not a job offer. Final hiring decisions are made solely by the respective employers. We do not guarantee selection, employment, a particular employer, role, location or salary.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information, including your education, experience and contact details, and keep it updated.
• One person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.

Plan prices, inclusions and validity are shown on the Plans page and at checkout before you pay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are made through UPI apps and banks, or through our payment partner where one is used. We never receive or store your card details, UPI PIN or banking credentials. For direct UPI payments we record the transaction reference (UTR) and any screenshot you choose to share, only to confirm the payment.

A plan is activated only after the payment is verified on our servers. Plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

Upgrades are priced as shown at checkout. Interviews already used are carried over to the upgraded plan.

Opportunities are offered based on employer requirements, your verified profile, availability of relevant roles and your plan. We do not guarantee a minimum number of opportunities within any specific time period.

Your participation is governed by the Interview Participation Policy. Access to new opportunities may be paused as described in that policy.

• Do not share interview links or employer information with anyone else.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications or experience.
• Do not contact employers to bypass the Platform's process in a way that harms other candidates or the employer relationship.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the Platform or use automated tools to scrape it.

Courses listed on the Platform may be delivered by third parties under their own terms. A course carries a placement badge only when that program offers it, under that program's terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or repeated violations of the Interview Participation Policy. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. We are not liable for employer decisions, indirect or consequential losses, or loss of opportunity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have. Please contact our Grievance Officer first — most issues are resolved quickly.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or on the Platform. Changes do not reduce the inclusions of a plan you have already purchased.
