Privacy Policy

Anuruddh Pratap Singh ("we") is responsible for personal data processed through PlacementGuarantee. Contact: anuruddh.singh.dev@gmail.com.

• Account data: name, email, phone number, password (stored only as a one-way hash).
• Candidate profile: current status (student, fresher, working professional, career switcher), education, skills, experience, preferred roles and locations, resume, links you choose to add.
• Counselling and contact requests: name, phone, email, whether you are a working professional, your message.
• Plan and payment records: plan, amount, payment status, transaction and order IDs. Card numbers, UPI PINs and bank credentials are handled by our payment partner and never reach our servers.
• Interview records: opportunities offered, your responses, attendance, outcomes and feedback.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and — only if you accept analytics — pages visited.

• To create and secure your account and provide the services you signed up for.
• To verify your profile and match you with suitable interview opportunities.
• To share relevant parts of your profile and resume with an employer for an opportunity you have confirmed.
• To process payments, prevent fraud and duplicate accounts, and keep accounting records.
• To send transactional emails (account, payment, interview updates) and, only with your consent, updates and offers.
• To improve the Platform using aggregated analytics.

• Employers — only for opportunities you are matched to and confirm.
• Service providers acting on our instructions: payment processing (UPI / payment gateway), email delivery, hosting and storage. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
• Authorities, when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep account and profile data while your account is active and for up to [24] months afterwards, payment records for the period required by tax law, and counselling leads for up to [12] months unless you become a candidate.

You can access and correct your profile from your dashboard. You can ask us to delete your account, withdraw marketing consent, or ask what data we hold by writing to anuruddh.singh.dev@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules.

Passwords are hashed, sessions use secure http-only cookies, resumes are stored privately and served only to you and authorised staff, interview links are revealed only to authorised candidates, and sensitive administrative actions are logged.
