Candidate Agreement

Interview Starter includes up to 3 interview opportunities and Interview Plus up to 10, during the plan's validity. Placement Journey includes continued interview opportunities until you are placed, during the plan's validity, while you remain eligible under the program terms.

You are considered placed when you accept a job offer, whether through the Platform or otherwise. Please tell us when this happens; your Placement Journey is then complete.

An interview credit is used when you confirm you will attend an offered opportunity (or, if we change this rule, as stated at checkout). Viewing an opportunity never uses a credit. Declined offers, and interviews cancelled by the employer or by us, do not use a credit.

• Your profile must be complete and verified by our team before opportunities are offered.
• Opportunities depend on employer requirements and on roles being available that match your profile and preferences.
• You remain eligible while your account is Active or Warning under the Interview Participation Policy.

Interview opportunities do not mean guaranteed job offers. Final hiring decisions are made by the respective employers. We do not guarantee selection, salary, location or a minimum number of opportunities in a given period.

You agree to the Interview Participation Policy, to keep your information accurate, and not to share interview links or employer information.
