- Interview opportunities as per your plan — up to 3, up to 10, or continued until placement on Placement Journey.
- Opportunities matched to your verified profile, offered on your dashboard with the role, date and interview type.
- Continued access on Placement Journey for as long as you remain eligible under the program terms.
- Preparation resources and career support between interviews.
- Clear terms before you pay, and a refund policy linked under every plan.
What we don't guarantee
- A job offer. Hiring decisions are made by employers, based on your interview and their needs.
- Selection by any specific company or for any specific role or salary.
- Opportunities while a profile is unverified or access is paused under the Interview Participation Policy.
- Credits for interviews you confirmed and then missed without notice.
Your part
- Keep your profile accurate and complete, and get it verified.
- Respond to offered opportunities within the response window.
- Attend the interviews you confirm — or withdraw at least 24 hours before.
- Prepare using the role details and checklist, and keep communication professional.
The Candidate Agreement and Interview Participation Policy are accepted before any paid plan activates.
